I ordered my custom Dark Vintage version of the case last week and its expected to arrive in about 10 days. However if you look at http://eninety.wordpress.com/2007/08/18/live-pics-of-the-noreve-case/ you'll see this person is quite happy with his case and it fits very well. So I am not sure whether its a general misfit problem, or just some particular production units.
