Found the culprit!

It seems to be the LED Controller is creating a kernel execution error in the memory – probably fixable via firmware upgrade.

    Hi AK,
    Can’t really reproduce it intentionally. Although I’ve seen it happen only when I’m in a call and I receive a text or email at the same time.

    …try calling your voicemail and send yourself an email at the same time. It just happened when I did this.

    I found this problem but again we have to restart the phone.That’s why I have been conveyed by nokia centre
